Special Learning’s My First Voice 2 offers a fully customizable adaptation of the highly effective app designed to allow children with Autism and other language disabilities to quickly and effectively communicate their basic wants and needs using a highly attractive, simple to use icon-based system. My First Voice 2 now allows users to personalize their app not only through the web portal, Mobile Dashboard, but on their iPhone, iTouch and iPads with the use of their device’s own camera, personal photo gallery and a built-in voice recorder. That’s right! No more third party applications needed to upload your images and voice files!
My First Voice 2 also includes the reporting functions offered on the previous My First Voice 1 app. Through the Mobile Dashboard, parents and providers can fully synchronize and customize their devices to their own liking. They can also run reports to track frequency data from the device by synchronizing the app. with the mobile dashboard.
This app was developed under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and organized in a manner found to be successful in practice.

•Customizable options within the four categories of food, drinks, clothing and toys to enable/disable photos in the "Icon Library" to select only those items that are appropriate for their child.
•Administrative functions that offer an abundance of other customization features including:
Four "Voice" options;
Five "Themes" or backgrounds: default, aquatic, butterfly, creatures, and trucks;
Two "Picture Size" options: small, and large;
Ability to choose "Word" or "Phrase" for emotions icons;
Ability to enable or disable "Item Titles" which appear on top of each icon
•Through Special Learning’s Mobile Dashboard, a powerful web-based portal, users can further customize the numerous features already available on the app, such as:
